Title: Marketing Intern
Job Description: Assisting Marketing team with the company’s social media, CRM, and
PR event planning.
Job Responsibilities:

- Social Media: Assisting weekly social media scheduling via social media planner
(Planoly and Metricool)
- CRM: Data Analytics tracking including organizing the data into a Google Sheets file
and providing the final report to the sales team.
- PR: Assisting overseas event planning including trade shows and PR events in the U.S.,
Germany, and Paris. Including weekly communication with the event organizer,
collaborating with suppliers, and assisting the event planning process.
- Assisting and organizing a company's charity projects and events.
3. Your work schedule and work place:
Address: 9F., No.9, Ln. 130, Sec. 3, Minsheng E. Rd., Songshan Dist., Taipei City 105402,
Taiwan (R.O.C.)
Work schedule: two to three days per week depending on the workload each week.
4. Your pay rate (if applicable)
NTD$ 200 per hour

實習目標Internship Objectives

Describe what new knowledge or skills you expect to learn at the internship and how.
Explain whether any training will be provided for you as an intern.
By assisting the marketing manager with social media planning and data analytics tracking
I will gain hands-on digital marketing experience in addition to the coursework I have
taken this semester. Also I’ll be trained to plan and execute international PR events,
communicate with suppliers, media, and other stakeholders.
