    Respect sir,
    With reference to Policy no. U302006376 on the name of
    Smt. Seema Rani w/o Satish Kumar and U302006375 on the name of
    Satish Kumar. You sent me a text message about the demand for
    PACL original policy certificate, for your kind information that the
    maturity date of the policy was 23 Oct 2015 that’s because we
    submitted the original documents to PACL office Branch Nawanshahr
    District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Punjab (144514) dated 12 Oct
    2015 and they gave me a receipt of the original document deposited.
    The proof and certificate photocopy are attached herewith and my
    bank details are enclosed with this paper for a refund of my policy
    amount for both policies Seema Rani and Satish Kumar.
