M/S “India Forge & Drop Stampings Ltd.” Faridabad (HR) is one of the largest manufacturers of
Different types of Automobiles parts as Hub front, Axle, Sleeves, steering knuckle, Knuckle caliper,
Shifter sleeves, Flange, Brackets, clutch Body & Spindles etc. All the divisions of India Forge are
Certified for IATF 16949-2016 by reputed accreditation agencies i.e. BSI of the U.K., TUV Nord
Germany, BQMR-U.K. etc. Our major customers are TATA MOTORS, MAHENDRA, DST (Defense
Service tracks GmbH) MARUTI SUZUKI, HONDA, HORBIGER (GERMANY) etc.
Role & Responsibility (As a QA & System Engineer)
 To ensure that product is as per drawing.
 Layout inspection of new & regular product as per plan
 Involvement in analysis of root cause & preparation of CAPA for in-house defects.

 Review of 4M File.

 Prepare list of controlled documents.

 Responsible for Review of documents and update as per requirements.

 Prepare OPL for defect display & prepare SOP, check sheet.

 Ensure production as per plan.

 Review Traceability file, Change over file & Tool history Record file.

 Prepare SPC & MSA.

 Red bin analysis by using 7QC Tools.

 Involvement in Coherence Plan.

 Internal Quality Audit such as Product & Process Audit.

 Product Audit Handling, Traceability & WIP.

 Maintain and review of Poke-Yoke, 3M& 3G & 3K.

 Hand on experience on Profile Projector, Hardness tester, Vernier, Micrometer & Height Gauge etc.

 To provide trainings to new associates & Identification of need of trainings to trained associates to get the
maximum utilization of Manpower with excellent quality & efficiency.

 Responsible for Initial Supply Part.

 Contribution in the continuous improvement activity & give suggestion, kaizen and maintaining 5’s system at
shop floor.

 Involves in all decisions concern with the product quality.

Job Responsibility (As a GET in QA)
 Responsible of defect analysis with the help of 4M to reach the root cause of occurrence of defects and
monitoring of their countermeasures.
 Responsible for In-Process Quality and preparing process related documents.
 Weekly and monthly reports which include PPM STATUS, TOP FIVE DEFECTS ANALYSIS, KAIZENS.
 Verification of process parameters according to IPCS.
 Managing Data of PPM (machine wise, product wise) on weekly basis.
 Defect handing on shop floor and there reworking process and maintaining data of rejection on monthly
basis.
 Monitoring of effective implementation of counteractions & ensuring their Horizontal deployment in similar
project/new project.
 Perform Kaizen involving them in quality circle activities in order to make the work simple and interesting.
 6S implementation in company.
 Approval of FPA and LPA at production stage.
 Monitoring of incoming quality of product at production stage.
 Red-Bin Analysis, Clearance and counter corrective action.
 Rejection control, rework and preparing the action plan to reduce the same.
 Drawing study and prepare inspection report of child part and complete assembly.
