Job Description - 7x Sales
Position
● We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join as Sales Director in our
Sales Operations Team.
● This is a frontline, hands-on sales role. You will work with B2B SaaS product companies
to sell their offerings to clients across the globe.
● We follow a Inside Sales process, with client engagement all the way to sales closure
being done online / over phone.
● The position is based out of Bangalore. Does not involve travel.
Key Responsibilities
● You would be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closure for 7x’s
client.
● You would need to build a deep and comprehensive understanding of the offering, value
proposition, customer segments & competition.
● You would need to master the nuances of consultative selling to be able to close sales
for complex offerings.
● You would need to keep the CRM and other trackers updated.
● You would participate in a daily review meeting to review sales transactional data &
identify areas of improvement. You would create implementation plans for incremental
initiatives and test their effectiveness.
Requirements:
● 4-10 years of total work experience
● Sales experience, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
● Good problem-solving skills.
● High intent of getting things done.
● Commitment to excellence – should be able to improve things every day.
