In my entire life, to be honest, i rarely made big mistakes because i am a hard-working and careful

person. So when you ask me to tell you about my biggest failure, i have to think about all my failures in
the past thoroughly. So my biggest failure was probably the poor grades that i got in my secondary
school. At regular classes, i am always at the top in giving opinions and having good understanding, but
everytime i do the final test of terms at school, i got bad grades comparing to my performance at class.
At first, i did not know why i did so much nonsense faults, but later, i figured out that it was because of
my unconfidence from the last test that i was afraid to make mistakes again and waste too much time
on easy questions. After that, thanks to the ranking system that i realized about my ability and got my
confidence back. Since then, i have became confident in my ability to do works that i passion.

In my view, AIESEC has a long-standing history that it has proven its efficiencies and potentials in
developing internationally leadership potential of young people all around the world. Also, AIESEC
believes that every young generation has the chance the shape the world. This shows that AIESEC has
much faith and hope in young generation's potentials to create a better future to our world. Moreover,
AIESEC want to contributes to our world, our society by providing the youth a practical environment to
develop their leadership, so that the organisation could make a remakable impact on our world. In
short, by developing leadership of the young generation, AIESEC can make our world become better and
better.

The reason i want to join AIESEC is that i see the professionalism in the way AIESEC from very small
details like the graphic AIESEC use to important factors like AIESEC network, AIESEC websites, how
AIESEC organise a specific event or the way AIESEC members works and contribute to the society.So that
I believe that AIESEC has the practical environment to help me acquire skills that are usefull in real life
work.

In my personal opinion, i am not only a hard-working and careful person but i also have logical way of
thinking and once i put effort in something, i must do it properly and try my best to do it, thanks to that,
i rarely makes big mistakes and usually gain success. I really think that not only comes from my efforts
but also my real extraordinary abilities to finish any given tasks and not affraid of problems and
difficulties. With that ablities, i can help AIESEC finish any given tasks wisely. Also, with me joining
AIESEC, i can make AIESEC network of international young leaders more powerful and i think i will make
AIESEC surprise about my productivity.
