Digital communication technology has altered how people connect and made it
possible for them to stay in touch 24/7. This essay explores the impact of technology on
communication as well as how it has affected business and society. It examines how
things change over time and discusses how communication and technology are related.
In order to launch this investigation and find solutions to these problems, it starts by
defining media and communication and outlining the stages of technological
development from antiquity to the present.
Technology has revolutionized the way we communicate, allowing us to connect
with other people with ease. With each new innovation, the reliance on books and
newspapers has decreased. Information has permeated the cycles of change and
development, allowing different media to shape our thinking and habits. Technology is
powerful in the sense that no human being can predict what will change and what won't
with certainty. It is without doubt that technology has changed the lives of human
beings, as information and entertainment are now received in a more convenient way.
People now heavily rely on their mobile phones to stay in touch with their loved ones,
colleagues, and coworkers, as well as do business. The widespread usage of this
technology has fundamentally altered the way that people traditionally communicate,
raising concerns like, "Who uses mobile phones and why?" Has the manner in which a
mobile phone enables communication changed at all? How have phone calls on mobile
devices changed face-to-face communication? Has relationship building through mobile
communication improved? Regarding the use of mobile devices, there have been
varying perceptions at the individual and social levels.
In conclusion, technology has fundamentally changed how people communicate,
resulting in the rise of mass media and the fusion of printed materials like books and
newspapers with computer technology. The development of interpersonal skills as well
as our culture and the way we communicate have all been significantly impacted by this.
Because it makes communication faster and keeps more people connected, technology
continues to be the driving force behind how people communicate. Our daily lives have
been significantly impacted by our exposure to mediated communication among both
people and society.
