Full Intervention
This graph depicts the consolidated reports of the Comprehensive Rapid Literacy Assessment for
Grades 1-3 that provides the percentage of learners who need full refresher. In Mother Tongue there is
40%, Filipino with 42% and English with 19%.

The graph shows the results of the Quick Count for learners who need Full Intervention and it was
found out that in Grade 1, there is 29%, Grade 2 with 37%, and Grade 3 with 41% which means that all
Grade levels demand supervision and instructions in numeracy.
D. Teacher Support
Amid capacity building programs and other support services for teachers, the following are still
issues that need to be addressed:
Prioritization of multiple assessments and process of downloading of submission
Adaptive issues of teachers with the reorientation of full in- persons classes
Insufficient funds for Instructional Materials
Lack of Competencies of some teachers in Information, Communication Technology (ICT)
Lack of enhancement of Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs) of Teachers
Limited time of monitoring of school heads in curriculum implementation of teachers
