15 DETAILS (NARRATIVE):

On or about 0516H 16 November 2022, FO2 Loyola Riclen B Saligan, BFP, on duty received a cellphone call from San Francisco
Municipal Police Station informing this station that a fire broke out at the address mentioned above. Immediately Isuzu Anos firetruck
and on duty operation personnel from this Station responded to the call headed by FO3 Ehman Joy D Palma, BFP, as the Ground
Commander.
Upon arrival at the fire scene, the fire was on its fully developed and progressive stage that gutted the one (1) residential house made
of concrete and light materials and rapidly spreading to the adjacent residential house made of light materials that partially gutted.
Immediately FO3 Ehman Joy D Palma, ground commander, conducted scene size up. Firefighters lay down the hoses to suppress the
fire and protected the adjacent houses. The fire engines were already in favorable position making the fire operation smooth.
Firefighters and Special Rescue Force members exerted their effort to control the fire until the Ground Commander declared Fire
under control at 0526H. They continued the fire operation until it was declared fire out at 0530H.
Initial investigation conducted, it was found out that the origin of fire was in the kitchen area. The total estimated damages amounting
to Eighty One Thousand Pesos (Php 81,000) more or less. The cause of fire is still under investigation.
DISPOSITION:
Progress Investigation Report to follow.
