Hi Jessica,

Thank you for choosing Rio Moving for your upcoming move. We would like to extend to you our
exclusive deal where the total quote for moving your Canopy Bed which includes 2 Helpers & a
Standard 4x4 Pickup Truck would come to you at a flat rate of $199.

We charge a $39 reservation fee upfront and the remaining $160 needs to be paid to our movers via
CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or Cash once they arrive at your doorstep on the day of the move. The
payment link for the $39 reservation fee will be sent to you via email once this document has been
read and signed. Upon completion of the $39 payment, you would receive a confirmation email stating
that your reservation has been approved.

Our movers will also assist you with packing, unpacking, assembly and disassembly of your furniture
for no additional charge Only basic tools included, no special tools. Charges such as toll, boxes or
bubble wrap would need to be paid separately if needed.

48-24 hours prior to your move, we would share across the contact details of your movers so that
any last minute changes or updates can be accommodated directly by contacting Him/Her.

Rio Moving is a P2P Moving and Delivery Company that provides background checked and verified
movers to customers looking for moving services at an affordable price. Listed below are the terms
of service for using Rio Moving’s P2P platform.

Terms Of Service:

1) Our Movers perform multiple moves on a daily basis and at times there might be a delay for them to
reach your location. In cases like these we could cancel your move and offer a complete refund for
the reservation fee or if you would like to go ahead, we can ensure thecompletion of your move at a
postponed or rescheduled time with our backup crews.
2) Please do not expect a discount if there is delay as we offer an exclusive pricing and our
movers cannot go lower on the costs.
3) Our movers take complete responsibility for any damages that occur to your property bythem
during the move.
4) Disputes and damage claims, if any need to be compensated by the movers assisting youand Rio
Moving will only intervene on behalf of you to speed up process with Movers.
5) All our movers are covered under the Released Value Protection insurance plan. In case a
customer requires a Full Value Protection plan then the minimum available cover for the same
would be $50,000 / 2000 lbs for which 1% - 3% i.e. $500 - $1500 (non-refundable) would be
needed to be paid separately to avail the same.
6) Full Value Protection also needs to be availed at the time of reservation or the customer would
be accommodated under the Released Value Protection insurance plan by default.
7) Rio Moving does not directly compensate for any damage and a resolution needs to beworked
out directly with the movers/moving company involved.
8) Any assistance required by Rio Moving needs to be communicated via email and the concern needs
to be sent to sales@riomoving.com.
9) Customer has the right to hold or dispute payments made to mover/moving company if the
mover/moving company has refused to resolve any issues during the move
10) The reservation fee paid to Rio Moving for using the platform is refundable only if reservation is
cancelled 48 hours prior by customer or if Movers/Moving company have
failed to show up for the job where the customer ended up making other arrangements. The fee is
non-refundable if movers/moving company was delayed or had to reschedule due to uncertain events.
11) Customer needs to be present on the day of the move and issues, damages etc. need to be
highlighted to Rio Moving via email on the same day that the job was performed.
12) The payment mode (CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or Cash) needs to be mutually worked out withthe
mover when contact details are provided to avoid any last minute hindrances.
13) Rio Moving will only intervene on behalf of customer if the reservation was scheduled usingthe
platform.
14) Our movers are entitled to decline moving heavy items (above 250 pounds) if the item is not
mentioned on the list of items. In the case of moving antiques, heavy furniture and valuables such as
piano’s,grandfather clock, gun safe etc. a separate cost for the same needs to be worked out with the
assigned mover as per their damage cover and insurance policies.
15) In the case where the customer needs to make payment via card due to mode of payment not
available with mover, Rio Moving will accept payment on behalf of the mover only if customer has
acknowledged the payment request document terms. A 5% will be added onthe overall pending
amount as Tax & Processing fee if payment needs to be made to Rio Moving.

I hereby certify and confirm that I have read and understood all the terms laid down in the
document. I also understand that signing the document would legally bind me by the obligations
and terms mentioned herein.
