Rules of the debate competition:

1. The medium of debate is either Hindi or English but stick to one language only.

2. Each participant will be given total 3 minutes to speak. One bell will ring at the

start and one will rang after completion of 3 minutes. One question will be asked

from each participant in Round One.

3. Evaluation will be done on an Individual basis, not on a Team basis. Evaluation

criteria are Presentation Skills, Relevance of Content and Conclusion.

4. This online activity has also accepted individual registration; therefore, instead of

having rebuttal sessions, only judges will be allowed to ask questions. 

5. Top Ten Individual Finalists will appear in the Second Round. They must speak

again the same content that they have presented in Round one. In Round two, a

maximum of 2 questions will be asked.

6. The debate will start at 9:30 am sharp. The participants will join the meeting link

by 9:15 am.
