Split designed table dismounting guide

1. Disconnecting the energy chain

a, disconnect the electric cable and the pneumatic tube from the bridge
b, remove the chain holder plate with
c, Remove the cap of the connection box and disconnect the quick connectors (inside the
lightbox)

2. Remove the rail of the energy chain from the legs

3. Remove the cover sheet on the side of the removable leg
4. Lift the machine on the side of the removable leg
5. Support the the machine at the profiles, so the legs can be turned out ( ca. 70-80cm from the
end of the table)
6. After removing the screws, remove the legs (socket wrench attached)

7. Remove the bumpers on the end of the rails

8. Remove the bridge. Warning the bridge is heavy!

9. Remove on both sides the rails and the sidetrays
 10. After supporting both sides, split the machine int he middle after loosing the 11 pieces of
screws.

11. Assembling should be done in the reverse way.

12. After assembling the two parts, the gap on the surface between the two glass sheets should
be filled out with the attached silikon glue. Drying and hardening time 1 day.
