Concerned markup drawings (CT ratio, VT ratio, directionality, etc.). Ensure that the CT / VT ratio is matched with the approved final 6. settings and Concerned markup drawings. 7. Highlight using a yellow highlighter each and every checked setting. Correct immediately any violations in the applied settings on the 8. relay from the approved final settings. All required modifications (if any) have been raised to CSD 9. Specialist Engineer and approved by the concerned division. Retest the functions related to the corrected settings (if any), and 10. check items from 4 to 8. T&C Engineer downloads and saves the native files, with the 11. standard formats, of all numerical relays in a perfect CD. Check full name and signature of both, CSD engineer and Contractor testing engineer are clearly indicated using a blue pen 12. on the first page of the printout as well as on the cover letter of the approved final settings (initials and/or abbreviations are not acceptable). Check the revision date is indicated on the first page of both 13. documents. Check the remaining pages of approved relay settings and printout 14. are initialed by both CSD engineer and Contractor testing engineer. 15. Check the revision date is similar to the printout date.
