 OBJECTIVE:
I am a hardworking, motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Business English Administration degree holder with an excellent attitude
toward work and people. I always strive to achieve the highest standard possible, at any given task and in any situation. I am accustomed
to working in challenging and fast-paced environment, particularly when dealing with multiple projects and priorities at same time.

 WORK EXPERIENCE:
HR Assistant, at Amideast, Yemen, Aden, from July 2019 – Now
 Assists office director with human resources management.
 Receive and review the staff timesheet.
 Helps ensure that all staff, consultants, trainers, and visitors comply with established security regulations.
 Enroll and remove the staff name in the fingerprint system.
 Assist in preparing the new staff contracts.
 Work on long list & short list the applicant's files and arrange to invite the applicants for the written test & interviews.
 Ensure the process of HR is according the Amideast polices & procedures.
 Doing and arrange the orientation for the new staff and arrange for the orientation with the other departments
 Ensure all documents and contracts are filled soft and hard copies.
 Ensure all staff personal files updated & filled with contract, national ID copy, medical report, onboarding checklist, CV,
recommendations, performance appraisal, timesheet, health insurance and emergency contact. 
 Ensure of submitting employee exit checklist, employee final release after resigning.
 Write the verification letter for ex-employee.
 Conducts office emergency drills regularly for the staff.
 Other related duties as necessary and as assigned by supervisor.
Intern “Internship Program”, at AMIDEAST, Yemen, Aden, from January 2019 – June.
Departments: Nahdhat Shabab Program, Library and sometimes I used to cover the Reception.
 Library Department:
 Admin assistance.
 Prepare teacher`s course materials at the end of the session.
 Take books out for students to use in the library.
 Print labels and stick them on the books.
 Receive borrowing money from the students.
 Check books in and out in the database, beside the library`s files.
 Prepare the new session`s files and make announcement.
 Run a book inventory every session.
 Archive files and data entry.
 Nahdhat Shabab Program Department:
 Assisting in the recruitment process by contacting candidates, reviewing applications and conducting tests.
 Receiving applications from new students during the recruitment period and entering data into the application data tracking
worksheet.
 Assisting with program activities and translate from and into Arabic & English.
 Orienting new students before the beginning of each session;
 Distributing books to students at the beginning of each session;
 Performing clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, data entry, archiving files, laminating, typing and Sending reports;
and respond to the requests by the NSP staff.
 Following up with room booking and other arrangements for meetings and activities (coordinating with staff and guards as
needed); and
 Assisting the Program officer/assistant with related job issues.
 Any other duties requested by the programming staff.
