status of those complaints, and get updates on how those complaints are going.
-To automate the complaint management process, including routing the
complaints to the appropriate personnel for resolution, monitoring the progress of
the complaints, and generating reports and analytics.
-To enhance transparency and accountability by enabling residents to monitor the
resolution of their complaints and providing real-time updates on the status of
their complaints.
-To improve response time and increase efficiency by reducing the need for
residents to physically go to the barangay hall to file their complaints and
allowing the barangay officials to process the complaints more quickly and
efficiently.
-To shorten the time it takes to respond to complaints and boost efficiency by
removing the need for locals to physically visit the barangay hall and enabling the
barangay officials to handle complaints more quickly and effectively.
Overall, the barangay online complaint management system aims to provide locals
with a more effective, transparent, and efficient means of speaking up about their
grievances and for barangay officials to address them, which will inevitably lead to
better governance and higher levels of local resident satisfaction.
