Job Responsibilities:

 Provide high-level administrative support to the staff of company.

 Work on clerical tasks like making invoices doing phone calls to company clients
and track invoices/payments for recovery.
 Create a sales/purchase report and send it to executive staff
 Draft letters, documents as per business needs and requirement.
 Banking and finance related clerical task like cheque deposit, payment clearance
 Follow the steps to put company through ISO standards.
 Setting up meetings with CA/CS for preparing GST Tax reports and company
financial reports
 Bank and Cash book management
 Operating Margin and revenue projection reporting
 Perform duties that can have an effect on the success and profitability of a
business.
 Book keeping of daily expenses and accounts records in Tally ERP.
 Creation of Purchase order and maintaining purchase transaction of company
 Also it may require participating in company training and development program in
near future.

Requirements:
 Must be able to communicate in English, Hindi, Marathi
 Basic computer knowledge of Tally ERP9, MS Word, PPT, Excel and outlook.
 Must be a proactive member of team who always, will work with the team and go
extra-mile for an organization growth.
 Graduated in any filed,
 Need to be ready to work as business personnel of an organization.
 Need a dynamic person with minimum professionalknowledge (non-experienced is
also fine as training and timely assistance will be provided on Job)
 Acandidate must look this opportunity as a long-term career goal.

Note:-

1) This role doesn’trequired on-site work at client place, but for training purpose,
candidate may need to go on-site.
2) An on job training will be provided to the candidate, to groom his career for role of
account lead in Ultra Air Solutions if he willing to go for it.
3) A specialisationin commerce, costing and accounting will be preferred.
