Dear President, dear friends,

I am pleased to announce that the CMAS Ordinary General Assembly of 2023 will be held in Belgrade
(Serbia), on the 8th April, 2023. The GA will be preceded by an Open Forum session on 7th April.
GA venue and name of the hotel to be confirmed later this week.

Attached you can find a draft Agenda of the Ordinary/General Assembly.

The final Agenda and relevant meeting documents will be distributed by e-mail by February 6th, 2023, in
accordance with the Statutes.

Please also find enclosed:

- The entry forms for participants;
- Proxy form for this General Assembly

Reminder
I would like to remind you that:
• In order to participate in the Assembly, Federations must have all their annual payments up to date.
• Only federations whose 2023 fees are up to date will have the right to vote (Article 5 of the Statutes).

You will find all the necessary information of the event on the website http://www.cmas.org, in the
CMAS ORDINARY GA 2023 section.
