Idowu Koyenikan once stated that “Your pride for your country should not come after your
country becomes great; your country becomes great because of your pride in it.” The desire to
have a positive impact on society is the indisputable fact among many people. However,
translating the desire into action can be difficult without proper guidance and values.

From a tender age I had the passion to be of value to my community. My gramother in still in me
using “ the good ole time” discipline that in living a good life if I end up positively impacting
the society. In my adolesencent years I would attend and Partcicpate in youth Programmes that
allows be to partake in Leadership at the Williamsfield SDA church. This did not fade or dried
up like a rasin in the sun; instead it is transferred into my adult life and the career path I choose.
At young I graduated from college with my teacher’s Diploma which landed in job which allows
me to impart knowledge and transform the life of young people in and out of my community.

As, member in my community I thought of not only myself but those in my environment.I
became content with positively impacting a few individuals who will, in turn, inspire others to
lead better lives. “Success is not final; failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that
counts,” remarked the great Winston Churchill. It was during this time I srarted my business in
the community which provide employment opportunities for people in and around the wider
community. Success for me, is waking up in the morning with the feeling that someone out there
is leading a better life because of me. This I was able to do by Emploting
_____________Persons who is sure to have an opportunity to provide for their family.

The desire to positively impact those around me and the society at large lead me to the path of
leadership at the school I workded for the pas __________ years.
