    The document reports on cracks found in the pier ceiling at three locations. In the southeast corner, a 50cm long crack was found that was 3mm wide and 5mm deep. In the northwest corner (middle), there was a 70cm long crack that was also 3mm wide and 5mm deep. The third crack was in the northwest corner (bottom) and measured 180cm in length, 5mm in width, and 5mm in depth. All cracks were mapped and documented during an underwater inspection of Pier 1.
