    Dear: Mrs. Erlinda

    I am writing to inform you of our new pricing for the cords and Id’s effective November
    15, 2022. On the 15th of November, we will be switching from 2000 pesos per year level to
    3000 pesos. Because of the high-quality materials that we use, and our distributor raised their
    price.
    This letter is simply to notify you of the upcoming changes, and no immediate action is
    required from you at this time. We thank you for your continued business.
