“A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK REDUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR 2023 AND
INCORPORATING THE SAME ON THE 2023 ANNUAL BUDGET OF BARANGAY 3, ZONE 1, DISTRICT I, CALOOCAN
CITY.”
WHEREAS, the appropriation for the calamity fund on the 2020 Annual Budget of Barangay 3, Zone 1, District I, Caloocan City is
amounting to TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE PESOS & 49/100
ONLY (Php 286,189.49);
WHEREAS, the Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Committee were directed by the Department of Interior and Local Government
(DILG) of Caloocan City to prepare a comprehensive Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan;
WHEREAS, the above mentioned Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction Management Plan is allocated to
70% BDRRM FUNDS
Seminar on Disaster Preparedness, Prevention
And Mitigation Response P 200,332.64
30% BDDRM FUNDS
Quick Response Fund 85,856.85
P 286,189.49
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, TO ADOPT THE BARANGAY DISASTER RISK
REDUCTION MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR 2022 AND INCORPORATING THE SAME ON THE 2023 ANNUAL BUDGET OF
BARANGAY 3, ZONE 1, DISTRICT I, CALOOCAN CITY.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of the resolution be furnished to all connection for their information and guidance.
