school, he was forced to work at an early age to support his younger siblings by selling their wares

This study taught me that poverty makes it difficult for individuals to achieve their goals.
We should not take education for granted because it is the most potent weapon a
human can possess; without it, we are nothing. Looking back on this instance, we can
see Mang Deolito's struggles with how education deprivation may affect him in the
future.
