Part 3 – Proposal accoringing to the part 2

 1st basement
o Synchronized 2 generators spaces shall be provided with proper ventilations
o Space for transformer UPS and ATS equipment’s shall be provided
o Lanundary space
 The current laundary arrangement is not enough and convininet
 shall be on 1st basement for ease of elevator access

 It shall be designed as per the supplier / consultant recommendation

and specififcation
 A laun dary shall have 40kg+ machine sizes
 Dry cleaning is important but expensive
o Staff Rooms
 Separate staff entance is needed and it is porposed to enter via car
acces entrance
 Staff chaning shall move to 1st basement and the current constructed
spaces on the 3rd basement can be modified to be used for steam and
sauna rooms
 Staff canteen, mini kitchen
