EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Background

The Veggielicious Resto Farm (Pitas mo, Luto ko) is the organic farm aiming to produce
vegetables, herbs etc. Without using chemicals in any form. And the place is so relaxing and a
nutritionist farm. The Veggielicious Resto Farm will be in Purok 1 Magsaysay Bayombong
Nueva Vizcaya near at Region II Trauma and Medical Center (RIITMC). We will be serving
food products made from our own organic, fresh, and healthy food farm. Organic production is
an overall system of farm management and food production that combines best environmental
practices, a high level of biodiversity, the preservation of natural resources, the application of
high animal welfare standards and a production method in line with the preference of certain
consumers for products produced using natural substances and processes, with such production
restaurant is very suitable and effective and like the concept of slow food. The product are
various vegetables in the farm and some selected food products in the restaurant. The process
design of this Restaurant is built somewhere between process focused and product focused
strategy with more inclination towards process focused strategy. The layout has been
strategically designed to utilize the space in optimum way. We have allocated the space for
restaurant and farm as per the convenience of the customers. Further, the place for fare is also
rightly placed for easy operation. Likewise, the choice of location has been based on the prime
concern of environment and land availability.
The Veggielicious Resto Farm (Pitas mo, Luto ko) will be the place where you can relax
yourself, relax your mind and a nutritious farm you can try while picking and waiting for your
orders. It was owned by Eduardo Mariano and Babylyn Mariano a father and daughter who have
made it their lifelong goal to own and operate a Veggielicious Resto farm. Eduardo Mariano is
experienced and knowledgeable in operating a farm more than 15 years and Babylyn is a
business student who have an idea and decided to make a unique and nutritious Resto farm not
only that Veggielicious Resto Farm is also offered the freshest, organic, and unlimited vegetables
picking or they can call (Pitas mo, Bayad mo) with affordable price. The Veggielicious Resto
Farm named came from Veggie for Vegetables and Licious for delicious food they can serve.

Objectives of the Business

 To provide the fresh and chemical free vegetables products to our

customers.

 To produce own organic, bio, ingredients of the best quality.

 To provide quality meals and reasonable prices with exemplary services.


 Promoting and expanding the Veggielious Resto Farm concepts as unique

restaurant.

 To promote our farm and restaurant with highest customer satisfaction.

Mission Statement

To provide our customers with organic food in both cooked and uncooked. In a natural

and peaceful setting and show the importance and advantage of healthy conscious eating.

Vision Statement

To position our restaurant as the best organic farm with reasonable price along with

healthy and conscious restaurant around the province, being able to evolve and continue

growing, being always faithful to our philosophy and values.
