Krakatoa Pradipa
Ar’fira Sifana Sausania
President AIESEC in UNILA 2022 President Foreword
Dear our members, respected stakeholders, and our beloved home Krakatoa,
It brings me great pleasure to report that the 2022 term of Krakatoa Pradipa has been a
resounding success, elevating AIESEC in Universitas Lampung to unprecedented levels of
achievement and excellence. As a youth-led organization, we faced numerous challenges, but
they only served to sharpen our leadership skills and propel us to greater heights.
We are proud to have been one of the few entities in Indonesia to have successfully carried out
operational activities. This achievement was made possible by the remarkable performance of all
our departments, who have demonstrated unparalleled excellence and unwavering dedication in
ensuring our entity's sustainability.
As a representative of Krakatoa Pradipa, I am deeply honored to have been part of this milestone
moment, and we take great pride in the lasting impact we have made. On behalf of our entire
entity, I extend heartfelt gratitude to our cherished members, Board of Advisors, respected
partners, alumni, and most importantly, our home University of Lampung, for their unwavering
support and commitment to our shared vision.
In this annual report, we present the results of AIESEC in Universitas Lampung's outstanding
performance period from February 1st, 2022, to January 31st, 2023. We are confident that our
achievements will inspire and motivate future generations to strive for even greater
accomplishments.

unfamiliar topics for Indonesia’s youth. Impact Circle aimed to create the platform to unite like-minded youths who are
concerned about SDGs to create something real for the society around them and make it better while helping
implement the SDGs themselves. Our concern is SDGs number 12: RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION.
The topic is so vital to be lifted, remembering that this is a huge deal that everyone should know and be more curious

Mutiara Nurhaliza “Being part of AIESEC this term is more than just being part of any
organization; it's a place of like-minded individuals who share a passion for leadership and making
a mark for a better world. On top of that, what sets this apart from other leadership organizations is
its family-like atmosphere. Here, I build my second home, where I have made lifelong friends, and
created memories that will last a lifetime. Ultimately, the sense of community within AIESEC
provides a supportive environment where I can take a risk, learn from a mistake, and grow as a
leader.”
Diva Annisa Fitri “The journey with AIESEC has been a rollercoaster of personal and
professional growth. It was really wonderful experience since first time i joined Sumarry project as
Local Volunteer, the place where i explored and shared impactful educational world with real
action with Widyawiyata. Moreover, after i became one of the Staff of AIESEC, it has taught me
more about the true meaning of leadership, teamwork, and global impact in the really positive
way. Each experience, each project, and each opportunity has molded me into a more confident,
determined, and passionate individual. Lastly the thing that is the most important is, it does make
me a Youth that's aware about anything that happens in this world. And now, I really am grateful
for this journey and excited to see where it will take me next, which is Managemen Board in
AIESEC unila. I hope everything that i've learnt and gained from being Local Volunteer until now,
can be useful and help me doing my job properly and with an excellent achievements, as a result i
can give way bigger impacts for everyone as an AIESECER.”
Hanifah Syahirah “Aiesec unila shows me what the real organization should be. In
here, we are not only maintaining good relations between the member. But, we also
trained to be a professional. They trained us how to develop our soft skills and
implement it in real world. I can't imagine my college life without aiesec, it must be so
bland. Thank you so much aiesec unila, for being my second home💓”
