1.Ans:
A goal is a road map to any of work. Because, without setting a goal no work can’t be reached to
the final destination.

A goal should be:

Specific: Should be clearly defined the problem which to be solved.

Measurable: Should be quality full, specific quantity. That means how, when for whom?

Attainable: It should be challenging but achievable.

Relevant: It has to be a reason behind it.

Timely: And obviously it should be done on time.

2.Ans:

I would love to being attentive or punctual the most in a job. There is a peace of doing a work or
finish a job perfectly on time.
