As per the programme schedule, a student will be eligible to appear for the term end
examinations only if he attends contact classes (put in at least 70% of attendance) and submits
assignments compulsorily.

It may please be noted that requests for exemption from attending contact classes would not be
accepted and also a programme can be completed in 3 years period starting from the year of registration as
base year.

An Examination Form is enclosed herewith which may be returned duly filled in to the Section
Officer, Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning, University of Hyderabad, Golden Threshold,
Nmapally Stn. Road, Abids,Hyderabad-1, so as to reach on or before 15.07.2013. It may be noted that
only those who have submitted assignments and attended contact classes will be allowed to appear for
the Term-end Examinations.

Candidates should bring their Original Certificates for verification in the Centre for Distance and
Virtual Learning during the first three days of the Contact session. Candidates have to make their own
arrangements for their accommodation and transport during Contact Classes and Examinations.

Attention : 2011 & 2010 Batch Students:

This is the last chance for 2010 batch students. Those students who have not attended the I-Term
Contact Classes have to pay Rs. 1000/- for 2010 batch and 500/- for 2011 batch towards deferment charges
to attend the contact programme along with 2013 batch. The amount may be paid through a Demand Draft
drawn in favor of “Finance Officer, University of Hyderabad”, payble at Hyderabad. Please send the
D.D. to the Director, Centre for Distance and Virtual Learning, University of Hyderabad, Hyderabad-
500 001.

1. Keep the Hall Ticket and the Identity Card during the Examinations.

2. Without Hall Ticket students are not permitted to take the exam. Present the Hall Ticket whenever
demanded by the Invigilator / Examiner in the Examination Hall.

3. Students should take the examination only in the subjects mentioned in the Hall Ticket.

4. Students should take their respective seats in the examination hall at least 5 minutes before the
commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed to enter the Examination Hall
after ½ hour commencement of Examination.

5. No candidate will be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before an hour from the
commencement of the Examination.

6. Mobile phones are not allowed in the examination Hall.

7. Students are prohibited from: (i) possessing papers, books, notes or any written material on
body or clothing, (ii) receiving help from other students, (iii) helping other students, (iv)
communicating in any form another student or any person other than the supervisory staff (v)
consulting notes, books or any person in or outside the examination hall.
