    A survey of 5 respondents in the Philippines asked about what types of relationships they rely on for help with personal matters, opening up, and financial problems. For personal help and opening up, friends were relied on more (40-80%) compared to family (20-60%). However, for financial problems, all respondents relied on family relationships rather than friends. The results showed that family relationships are generally better to rely on than friendships according to this small survey.

    I asked 5 respondents to answer my mini survey

    Question 1 = Which type of relationships do you


    rely on when you need help at something
    personal. (Family or Friends)

    3 of the respondents answered Family (60%)

    2 of the respondents answered Friends (40%)

    Question 2 = Which type of relationship do you


    open up about yourself more often (Family or
    Friends)

    1 of the respondents answered Family (20%)

    4 of the respondents answered Friends (80%)

    Question 3 = Which type of relationship do you


    rely on when it comes to financial problems

    5 of the respondents answered Family (100%)

    Results:

    What I noticed on my mini research is that


    Family relationship is better to rely on that
    friendship relationship based from my
    respondents. Both parties is a good thing to rely
    on but family is relationship is a greater option
    based from my mini survey.
