Aim: Strengthening the touristic movement in Fustat area by designing
a midrange service hotel affordable for travelers with urban connection
to the NMEC (National Musuem of Egyptian Civilization)
Project type: Conference Center Hotel
Location: New Cairo ,Cairo, Egypt.
Area: 50,000 m2
Aim: Strengthening the New Cairo area as a business center by
designing a high range service hotel to host large events at the center of
90 street.
Project type: Student Dorms for University
Location: New Cairo ,Cairo, Egypt.
Area: 50,000 m2
Aim: Getting advantage of the area lively location to build a student
housing buildings near to all essential services.
Residential buildings are divided into following types:
