Performance Objective: Given this activity sheet, you should be able to create a laboratory
sheet out of the laboratory activities observed from your cooperating teacher.

1. Access the USTeP FS 30 course, download the attached document “Activity 6”. Read the
instructions and procedure accordingly.
3. Fill-out a timesheet as you visit the industry and attach a picture of evidence while doing
so in Form A template.
4. Answer the needed information in a narrative form below and input the details in Form B
template:

Observe your cooperating teacher conducting a laboratory class. If there is no laboratory for the
week ask your cooperating teacher a copy of laboratory activities and create a laboratory sheet out of it.
Let your cooperating teacher check and sign the approved lab sheets.
