Performance Objective: Given this activity sheet, you should be able to create a laboratory
sheet out of the laboratory activities observed from your cooperating teacher.

Field Observation in the industries related to Home Economics, Industrial Arts

or Information and Communication Technology.

Laptop, PC or Cell phone

Steps/Procedure:

1. Access the USTeP FS 30 course, download the attached document “Activity 6”. Read the
instructions and procedure accordingly.

2. Report to the school you are assigned with.

3. Fill-out a timesheet as you visit the industry and attach a picture of evidence while doing
so in Form A template.

4. Answer the needed information in a narrative form below and input the details in Form B
template:
