Clubhouse Sandwich
Ingredients
3 pcs white bread, toasted 4 slices cucumber
4 tbsps ham spread 12 pcs bacon
6 pcs romaine lettuce 4 pcs ham
4 slices plum tomatoes 1 pc egg

Directions
1. Toast the pieces of bread. Put down 3 slices of bread and equally apply a
tablespoon of Ham Spread on one side of the first and third slices, and a
tablespoon on both sides of the second slice.
2. Place lettuce, tomatoes, and bacon on the first piece (mayonnaise side
up), then cover with the second slice. Cover with the third slice and top
with lettuce, cucumber, ham, and egg (mayonnaise-side down).
3. Lightly press the sandwich, then cut it into four triangular pieces. To
serve, secure with toothpicks.
