Rationale Division Memorandum No. 154, s.2022 entitled
“Integration of Values in School Activities” supports
Section 3(2) of Article XIV of the 1987 Constitution and
Republic Act No. 10533 which mandates Deped to
produce learners who are academically competent
equipped with exquisite behavior. Thus 5-10 minute
discussion of the Deped Monthly Values Theme during
flag ceremony and integration in class discussion and
learning activities is conducted.

Don Pepe Cojuangco Homes Elementary School

supports the implementation of
this Division Memo.

Objectives  Pupils will be able to define "Empathy."

 Pupils will learn that When we have empathy for
another person, we put ourselves in their shoes and
feel what they are feeling. We seek to understand
where they are coming from and try to imagine what
they are going through.
 Pupils will be able to explain and give ideas
about the theme.
