The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) was established through DepEd Order
no. 72, series of 2003. Pursuant to Republic Act no. 9512 entitled, an act to promote environmental
education, the Department of Education issued DeEd Order no. 52, series of 2011 entitled
"Strengthening Environmental Education in Public and Private Schools". In response, David Moises
Memorial School, Balit Mambusao Capiz is intensifying the conduct of mandated PPA’s specifically
on the promotion of the Eco-tourism site.

In regards, we are humbly asking for your approval to promote your very own nature falls and it
would be a great privilege and opportunity for us YES-O officers and students of David Moises
Memorial High School if you will allow us to be part of your developing Eco-tourism site.
