hereinafter referred to as the WBHIDCO Ltd. Having its registered office at HIDCO BHABAN, 35-1111, Biswa Bangla Sarani, 3rd Rotary. New Town, Kolkata- 700156, represented by the Managing Director or Jt. Managing Director (Administration) / General Manager (Administration) / General Manager (Marketing) of the said State Govt. Company who is so authorised by the Managing Director for the purpose of execution of this Indenture, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR (which expression shall include its executor, administrators and successor-in-office and assigns) for time being entitled to the reversion immediately on the determination of the term hereby agreed to be of the ONE PART AND BLOSSOM Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. [PAN- AAALB4188L] registered under the West Bengal Co-operative Societies Act, 2006, bearing registration no. 146/RTAH/MIG dated 12.10.2022 and having its registered office at C/o. Zulfiquar Ali Bhangi, C/o. Ashraful Hoque Bankra Kabarpara, P.O.Bankra, P.S. Domjur, Dist.Howrah, Pin-711403 hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE (which expression shall where the context so admits include its executors, representatives, administrator and successor-in-office and assigns) of the OTHER PART.
