Discussions ● The undersigned MARPO and the Field Validation Team (FVT) discussed
the Administrative Order No. 01, Series of 2021, otherwise known as
Revised Guidelines and Procedures on the Parcelization of Landholdings
with Collective Certificates of Land Ownership Award;
● Manner of Lot Allocations to ARBs/surviving heirs;
● The schedule of activities for the conduct of lot allocation and subdivision
survey;
● The required documents to be completed (i.e., Lot Allocation
Agreement/MARPO/Designated Personnel Report on Equitable Lot
Allocation, Certified Copy of Owner’s Duplicate Copy, etc.);
● The responsibilities of ARBs i.e. the making the land productive, payment
of their annual amortizations and real property tax;
● The team addresses the legal concerns of the ARB’s/Parties;
● The grounds for the cancellation of CLOAs and disqualification of ARBs.
● The above-mentioned ARBs were the attendees in the consultation
meeting. The others were absent despite due notice.
● The FVT concerned took notice that the said validation was on a
redocumentation status.
● Some of the ARBs who appeared during the consultation meeting were
already on a reported status.
● CCLOA ARBs who attended the consultation meeting were given the
opportunity to be heard about the status of their landholding. The FVT on
the other hand cater the concerns of the CCLOA ARBs.
● The FVT likewise took notice on the misspelled names of the CCLOA
ARBs.
● The ARBs agreed to the parcelization process.
 Agreements Parties agreed to the Parcelization of CCLOA and issuance of Individual CLOA.
