with other companies prohibiting me from pursuing an employment in the Company;

4. That I am exempted or free from any existing Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) or any legally
binding contract restricting me from disclosing knowledge or information for employment
purposes;

5. That by rendering my service to the Company, I am fully aware of my sole accountability if the above
statements are declared with the intent to mislead any or all parties involved.
