shall have only 2 players outside the 30 yards.
o Second Powerplay: Any one of the overs between 6th to 8th overs can be chosen as the Batting
Powerplay. There shall be 3 players outside the 30 yards in this Powerplay. The batting team reserves
the right to choose this Powerplay. The bowling team shall be given the right to change the bowler
(before bowling any ball), once the Powerplay is opted, by the batting team.
o Fourth Over: 4th over of every innings will be double trouble over, where the runs scored by batting
team will be doubled.
All the international rules of dismissals shall be applicable, except LBW.
A wicketkeeper is compulsory in every innings.
Your substitute fielder cannot be a wicketkeeper.
Wicketkeeper shall be allowed to bowl during the match.
Batting end shall change after 5 overs. The batting shall start from the end as decided by the bowling team.
In case of draw / tie of a match, super over will decide winner of the match as per international rule.
Normal gloves(Matches Ball) shall not be allowed to be used in batting or wicketkeeping. Use of inner gloves
allowed.
Umpire’s decision will be final and binding to all the participating teams / players. Only captain will be
allowed to make any request and no other player will be allowed to speak with umpires. Also, no arguments
will be entertained and in case of unhealthy arguments, the Tournament Core Committee will have the right

to stop the match and award points to opponent team. In case, if both the teams do arguments than match
will be stopped, and no points will be given to both the teams for that match.
In case of any misbehavior by any player with umpires or other player or with committee members,
AHMEDABAD WICASA GROUND CRICKET 2022 Committee and Umpires will have the right to expel that
player from match (LIKE RED CARD IN HOCKEY / FOOTBALL) and team will have to play remaining match
with lesser players.
For average and scoring, “CRICHEROES APP” will be used.
All other rules will be applicable as per international rules.
Batting
No runners shall be allowed for any of the batsmen. In case a player is not able to bat, he might have to get
retired and would be allowed to return to bat later.
A player can declare his innings, but he will not be eligible to bat again in that match. If anyone is retired
hurt than he will be allowed to bat again only after one player is out, with the consent of umpire.

Bowling
A bowler shall be able to bowl a maximum of 2 overs per innings.
LBW out is not applicable, but leg byes runs are applicable.
Mankad out will be applicable.
If any ball goes elsewhere, other than on pitch, at the time of bowling then itwill be declared as a dead ball.
Every time, a bowler shall need to mention his bowling side to the umpire at the start of every over, else
it will be called a no-ball.
2nd Bounce in an over shall be considered as no ball, in that case free hit will not be given.
Fielding
At any time during the innings, there can be a maximum of 5 players on the legside of the batsmen excluding
the bowler and wicketkeeper. There shall be no restriction of such kind for the fielders on the offside.
There shall be no restrictions for fielders placed behind the wickets.
All the no-balls shall be followed by a Free Hit.
