Downloading:

Step 1. Download the Song Update file in our website here, https://platinumkaraoke.ph/music-
update-category/platinum-alpha/ . For your reference, please see the picture provided below:
Step 2. Extract the downloaded file.
Step 3. Open the extracted folder and copy the USB Auth file

4. Format the USB to FAT 32 and click start

Note: Format the USB to FAT32

Step 4. You can drag or copy the USB Auth file to Flash drive.

II. Installation Process
Procedure 1:Updating Alpha while the power is OFF

1. While Alpha unit is OFF, insert Flashdrive

2. You will see a progress bar in the television

3. Once you see the “Update OK” appeared on the television, meaning the update is successfully
installed.

4. To check the New songs added, press STOP until it’s go back to the
Karaoke mode and then using the remote, press New song button
Procedure 2. Updating Alpha while using Set-up Update Song
1. While the Alpha unit is ON, insert Flashdrive
2. Press set-up and enter the default password (1111)

3. Go to the Song Update and press Enter

4. You will see a progress bar in the television

 5. Once you see “Song Update Completed” appeared on the television, meaning the
song update is successfully installed.

6. To check the New songs added, press STOP until it’s go back to the Karaoke mode
and then using the remote, press New song button
