konektor J1.

ECM (24) sends a signal of 12 volts from pin 6 of the J2 connector. The signal flows through wire A958-WH-18(White) through connector (10) to solenoid valve (4). The signal flows through the coil of solenoid valve (4) through
connector (10) through wire H708-OR-18(Orange) to ECM (24) through pin 4 of the J2 connector.

As the signal flows through the coil of solenoid valve (4), solenoid valve (4) is shifted upward. Pilot oil from charge pump (CC) flows through passage (13) to solenoid valve (4). The oil flows from solenoid valve (4) to line (18).
The oil flows through line (18) and splits to line (15) and to line (16).

The oil flows through line (16) to piston (21). The oil overcomes the force of spring (22) and the oil forces piston (21) to move downward from brake pack (20). Then, the right piston motor is free to rotate.

The oil also flows through line (15) to piston (8). The oil overcomes the force of spring (7) and the oil forces piston (8) to move upward from brake pack (9). Then, the left piston motor is free to rotate.

ECM (23) also sends a signal of 12 volts from pin 3 of the J2 connector. The signal flows through wire 915-GN-18(Green) through connector (19) to solenoid valve (12). The signal flows through the coil of solenoid valve (12)
through connector (19) to wire H708-OR-18(Orange). The signal flows through wire H708-OR-18(Orange) to ECM (24) through pin 4 of the J2 connector.

As the signal flows through the coil of solenoid valve (12), solenoid valve (12) shifts upward. Pilot oil from charge pump (CC) flows through passage (13) to solenoid valve (12). The oil flows from solenoid valve (12) to pilot line
(AA) and to pilot line (BB). Pilot line (AA) provides pilot oil to the servo valve of the rear piston pump. Pilot line (BB) provides pilot oil to the servo valve of the front piston pump.

ECM (24) sends out a data signal through F711-GN-18(Green) from pin 56 of the J2 connector and through F712-GY-18(Grey) from pin 70 of the J2 connector to display (22). The data signal indicates that the parking brake
switch is in the OFF position and the display turns off the parking brake indicator.

When parking brake switch (11) is in the ON position, parking brake switch (11) completes the circuit between ground and wire A315-WH-18(White). The completed circuit results in a signal of 0 volts to ECM (24) at pin 34 of
the J1 connector.

ECM (24) sends a signal of 0 volts from pin 6 of the J2 connector. The signal flows through wire A958-WH-18(White) through connector (10) to solenoid valve (4). The signal flows through the coil of solenoid valve (4) through
connector (10) through wire H708-OR-18(Orange) to ECM (24) through pin 4 of the J2 connector.

Since the signal through the coil of solenoid valve (4) is 0 volts, solenoid valve (4) shifts downward. Pilot oil from charge pump (CC) through passage (13) is blocked at solenoid valve (4). Oil from piston (8) flows through line
(15) to line (18) and oil from piston (21) flows through line (16) to line (18). The oil flows through line (18) to solenoid valve (4). The oil flows through solenoid valve (12) to passage (5). The oil flows from passage (5) through
passage (3) to line (1). The oil flows through line (1) back to the hydraulic tank. As the oil flows from piston (8), spring (7) forces piston (8) against brake pack (9). As the oil flows from piston (21), spring (22) forces piston (21)
against brake pack (20). Then, the brakes are engaged.

ECM (23) also sends a signal of 0 volts from pin 3 of the J2 connector.

Since the signal through the coil of solenoid valve (12) is 0 volts, solenoid valve (12) shifts downward. Pilot oil from charge pump (CC) in passage (13) is blocked by solenoid valve (12). Pilot oil from line (AA) and from line (BB)
flows through solenoid valve (12) to passage (2). The oil flows from passage (2) through passage (3) to line (1). The oil flows through line (1) back to the hydraulic tank.

When the service brake pedal is fully released, pedal position sensor (48) sends a pulse width modulated signal with a 56.2% duty cycle. The signal flows from pedal position sensor (48) through connector (47) to wire M730-
YL-18(Yellow). The signal flows through wire M730-YL-18(Yellow) to ECM (55) through pin 24 of the J2 connector.

Also, when the service brake pedal is fully released, switch (56) closes the circuit between ground and wire F931-PK-18(Pink). ECM (55) also interprets this signal as a full release of the service brake pedal.

Since ECM (55) registers the signals as the release of the service brake pedal, ECM (55) does not modify any signals to the servo valves of the pumps or to the servo valves of the motors. Also, ECM (55) does not modify any
signals to solenoid valve (13) or to solenoid valve (14). Refer to "Parking Brake Switch in the OFF Position" for additional information regarding the operation of brake solenoid valve (14) and of hystat override solenoid valve
(13).

As you start to depress the service brake pedal, the duty cycle of the pulse width modulated signal from pedal position sensor (48) decreases. The signal flows from pedal position sensor (48) through connector (47) to wire
M730-YL-18(Yellow). The signal flows through wire M730-YL-18(Yellow) to ECM (55) through pin 24 of the J2 connector.

As ECM (55) interprets the decreased duty cycle, ECM (55) modifies the signals to the servo valves of the pumps and to the servo valves of the motors. ECM (55) starts to decrease the duty cycle of the pulse width modulated
signals to servo valve (12) and to servo valve (46). As the duty cycles of the signals decrease, piston motor (5) and piston motor (51) start to upstroke and the machine begins to slow down.

When the piston motors reach the maximum displacements and you continue to depress the service brake pedal, ECM (55) starts to decrease the duty cycle of the pulse width modulated signals to servo valve (32) and to
servo valve (36). As the duty cycles of the signals decrease, front piston pump (23) and rear piston pump (22) start to destroke and the machine continues to slow down until the pumps reach zero angle.

When the service brake pedal is fully depressed, pedal position sensor (48) sends a pulse width modulated signal through connector (47) to wire M730-YL-18(Yellow). The signal flows through wire M730-YL-18(Yellow) to ECM
(55) through pin 24 of the J2 connector. When ECM (55) receives a signal with a duty cycle between 35% and 31%, ECM (55) interprets the signal as full depression of the decel/brake pedal.

ECM (55) modifies the signals to the piston motors in order to return the piston motors to the maximum displacement. Also, ECM (55) modifies the signals to the piston pumps in order to return the piston pumps to zero angle.

Also, when the decel/brake pedal is fully depressed, switch (56) closes the circuit between ground and wire C992-PU-18(Purple). ECM (55) also interprets this signal as full depression of the decel/brake pedal.

ECM (55) sends a signal of 0 volts from pin 6 of the J2 connector. The signal flows through wire A958-WH-18(White) through connector (18) to solenoid valve (14).

Since the signal to solenoid valve (14) is 0 volts , solenoid valve (14) shifts downward. Pilot oil from the charge pump is blocked at solenoid valve (14). Oil from piston (2) flows through line (11) to line (17) and oil from piston
(52) flows through line (24) to line (17). The oil flows through line (17) through solenoid valve (14) through passage (8) to passage (7). The oil flows from passage (7) through the drain line back to the hydraulic tank. As the oil
flows from piston (2), spring (1) forces piston (2) against brake (3). As the oil flows from piston (52), spring (53) forces piston (52) against brake (49). Then, the brakes are engaged.

ON dan layar menyalakan indikator rem parkir.
