WORK RESPOSBILITIES:-

Recruitment-

 End to end recruitment, posting job vacancies, searching & sourcing the profiles,
Interview scheduling, salary negotiation, etc.
 Background Verification and Documentation of the employees
 Induction /On The Job Training of new employees
 On boarding Interviews and Exit interviews.

Personnel & Admin-

 Compile and update employee record files (hard and soft copies)
 Handling various salary issues, employee relations, queries, grievances
management, Appointment letter, experience letter, E-code generation, ID
Cards, access Card etc.
 Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, bonus, leaves,
etc.)
 Daily Maintenance of First Aid Boxes, Fire Extinguishers, PPE’s, etc.
 On Boarding & Exit formalities

Training & Development-

 Preparing Training documents as per procedure.


 Collecting TNI from different departments.
 Preparing annual and monthly training calendar as per TNI.
 Handling skill matrix of different employees and their skill up gradation plan.
 Providing on the job training to the employees.
 Calculating the training effectives and also their re-plan.
HR Audits-

 Handling Daily/Monthly Internal and safety audits of each department.

 Handling talent acquisition and end to end recruitment process.

mailing, RMS/ATS, etc.
 Posting job requirements into portals, websites, social media platforms, etc.
 Short listing of candidates, interview Schedule and follow up action, Thereafter till its
closer.
 Maintain candidate's data files and records in electronic as well as paper form.
 Managing entire recruitment cycle: from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to
short- listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews and closure.
 Managing Non IT and IT positions based in different industries.
 Handling profiles of junior level to senior level positions and also having experience into
bulk hiring.
 Headhunting through various prospective candidates and their references.
 Sourcing, Screening and short-listing of CV’s using different search- techniques viz. Job
Portals, Social media, References, Head Hunting and Internal Database etc.
 Interview Scheduling, all follow ups and feedback actions thereafter till the close of the
position.
 Taking telephonic/VC interviews & salary negotiation there after.
 Handling background verification and documentation of candidates.
 Coordinate with clients for requirements gathering and daily follow ups of interview
feedback.
 Handling a team of internal recruiters and provide them training on various job search
techniques and methods.
