The Account Manager is responsible for implementing Digital Marketing media

strategies for clients. The coordinator can quickly understand, manage, and support
initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

• Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with SEO, Paid,
social media, Technology and other verticals for various clients.

• Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters.

• Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact

• Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific
requirements

• Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI

• Address client queries effectively and promptly

• Present social media strategies, report on web performance metrics to clients

• Analyse digital campaigns' success.

• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and essential reporting
tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.

• Communication with team and management on project development, timelines, and


results.

• Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.

Professional Skills & Qualifications

• 1-5 years experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO and Paid Search (PPC),
Account Management, and Project Coordinator.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Proven work experience as a Digital account manager

• Experience with website analysis using various analytics tools including Google
Analytics and internal reporting tools.

• BTech/BS/Any Graduation degree preferred
