Organizational Experience

Since Dec 2019 with Bellsonica Auto Components, Maneser as Senior Engineer – QA & QC Dept.
A reputed Japanese MNC with a diversified portfolio to serve in the field of automotive, engineering & design services, Welding
Process, Press Line, renewable energy and education sectors and has an infrastructure of manufacturing plant in India,
,engineering & design centres at Japan.
Key Result Areas:
 Sustaining the existing network & managing overall QA & QC process and In-process & Incoming Quality control.
 Managing verification of new development parts to achieve 100% accuracy in future production of plant.
 Ensuring availability and delivery of right quality materials at the right time.

2. 5S, 5 WHY, KAIZEN, POKE YOKE, INVENTORY IN PLANT.

Key Result Areas in In House QA & QC and IN Process:

 Verification of new development parts for future production of plant.


 Led the planning of drawing for each new part, tool, instrument, component to be used for plant’s production.
 Inspecting quality instruments on regular basis to get 100% accuracy.
 Maintaining records for internal/external calibration records.
 Gauges validation as per planning.
 Inspecting inbound material for production and outbound material to ensure the FG is as per company’s policy.
 Quality check of each lot/batch that inbounded/out bounded for additional work like painting & coating.
 Ensuring the control of Non- confirming Product and initiate follow up of Corrective and Preventive actions.
 Rejection analysis by using problem-solving technique.
 Line rejection root-cause being monitored on daily basis and counter measure taken.
 In process inspection to change any parameters to fill 4M change documents with proper counter measure.
 Sampling and patrolling inspection.
