Everything has a purpose, according to Aquinas, and the right things to perform are the ones that serve that purpose.
Humans require instruction to choose the appropriate route because they are free beings. The Natural Law is produced
by following the appropriate path, which is discovered through thinking. The Natural Law's basic tenets, such as seeking
good and avoiding evil, are fairly broad in scope. In order to genuinely direct our daily behavior, we must therefore
develop secondary precepts. However, because we are human, we frequently misinterpret and occasionally follow these
secondary rules.

Finally, even when we are morally upright, rational reflection can only take us so far because we are mortal and sinful.
Divine Law is the revealed direction we need, and it is available to us. So let's get back to the Euthyphro problem. The
Divine Law, which is one of God's laws, serves to illuminate what is ethically acceptable in reality rather than to specify
what is morally acceptable. Aquinas denies the theory of divine command
