    Sub- AM-2020-21. Annual maintenance of Kurunthottimanna LI Scheme in Nilambur


    municipality

    ORDER No. MIDMpm/2020/4123/IA Dated: 27-08-2020

    Financial Sanction is hereby accorded to take up the above work for an estimate amount of
    450000 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) under the head of account 2702-01-800-94-
    00-34-V (MI PROJECTS MAINTENANCE-OTHER CHARGES). Financial sanction is issued
    based on the condition that the work is proposed ensuring public utility.
    The work shall be taken up for execution subject to the availability of funds and limiting
    the expenditure within the current year budget provision and after observing all Codal provisions
    and circulars in vogue.Adequacy of the provisions and data rates made in the estimate and
    technical feasibility should be verified before according technical sanction.
