Please do accept this letter as I sincerely apologize that I'm not able to help the logistic
team and the Feb night event, I'm also sorry if I don't have other members to tap. I accompanied
my partner's mother to the hospital and take care of her sometimes, I'm just taking care of a lot this
month, I'm sorry. I also couldn't participate in Feb night because I didn't have money and my
partner was the one who sent me to school. Hope your kind consideration.

To Whom It May Concern,

Good day! We, 2A-BSESS, are formally writing to explain the unfortunate circumstances
that caused us not to attend FEBULOUS NIGHT, 2023. Some of our classmates have nothing to
wear and need more money to rent or buy one. With that, most of our parents could not allow us
to attend the event. Moreover, others are responsible for caring for someone
(grandmother/grandfather, mother/father, other relatives) at their home. Also, our men's volleyball
varsity players have a tryout on that date, so they can't participate in the Feb night.
