1. Of the questions attempted, the answers to only the first required number of questions (as
stipulated in the question paper) will be evaluated. So please do not attempt extra questions.
2. Only HAND WRITTEN answer scripts (using black or blue ink) on A4 size sheets will be
considered.
3. Answer in your own words as far as practicable.
4. On top of each page the following information should be entered by the student:
Student Name, Roll No., Room No., Subject, Paper Code, Date and Page Number
5. Students will be writing legibly their answers, scanning them and sending the entire answer script
as one PDF file using MS FORMS, ONLY. The scanned answer scripts should have enough
clarity to enable evaluation.
6. Name the PDF file accurately as indicated.

7. Kindly check the contents of the saved answer script file with all the details, before uploading
it (since no multiple submissions would be allowed).
8. Students MUST join on MS Teams at least 15 minutes before the commencement of the
scheduled examination and remain for the entire duration of the examination.
9. Answer scripts MUST be submitted and received within 30 minutes of the scheduled completion
time of an examination. Answer scripts received after 30 minutes of the designated END time of
an examination completion will NOT be considered.
10. The marks are given in brackets [ ] at the end of each question or part question.

b. A sick patient has been advised by his doctor that his diet must contain at least 4000 units of
vitamins, 50 units of minerals and 1400 units of calories. Two foods X and Y are available at
a cost of Rs. 4 and Rs. 3 per unit respectively. One unit of food X contains 200 units of
vitamins, 1 unit of mineral and 40 units of calories. One unit of food Y contains 100 units of
vitamins, 2 units of minerals and 40 units of calories. Formulate the problem as LPP.
