1 INTRODUCTION:
Subject of the meeting is coordination of the parties regarding The subject
modification of OHTLs (Kayan and Jubail Residential – Khursaniyah)
clashing with Road T-274.

2 MINUTES OF MEETING:

1. Kayan Line outage date set by NGSA. The outages will be circuit by
circuit.
- 1st Circuit Outage date will be 27.02.2023 – 12.03.2023

- 2nd Circuit Outage date will be 14.03.2023 – 28.03.2023
2. Residential Line outage date will be the end of March 2023. The
outages will be circuit by circuit.

3. ASAMCO will start mobilization for new towers’ pads.

Kayan Line pad Works will be completed on 14.02.2023 ASAMCO 08.02.2023
Residential Line pad construction will be completed on 03.03.2023

4. ASAMCO stated that all pile’s rebar purchase orders are completed,
ASAMCO 14.02.2023
and the re-bar will be delivered on 14.02.2023

5. ASAMCO stated that the pilling contractor would be Jeddah

Foundation. And the Jeddah Foundation has already informed about INFO
outage dates and construction sequence.

6. ASAMCO will mobilize the pilling machine and belongings to the site
