1. First a business letter is considered to be a hard copy so we should physically send it to the
recipient. However, business email is an electronic message and we don’t need to send it
physically. Second, the business letter can reach people who don’t have an email or who are
not used to the internet. Third, from the time of delivery, business letters need a longer
time to arrive than email. Normally at least the letter will arrive a day after you send it and in
the other hand email need minutes to arrive after you send it. Furthermore a business
letters tend to be more formal than email because of the effort that people spend to print a
letter, seal it and send it
Based on our company program to prepare for an emergency. On May 27th, 2022 theres a
mandatory CPR training for all staff at the Department of Accounting. The training will be
held on upcomning Friday at 3pm at company hall. Please pay close attention to this
program.
