Summary of the Little Prince

The story begins with an aviator who has lost his childhood essence. His plane crashes
in the middle of the desert and with the minimum resources to survive for only a few
days he must find a solution he himself feels the need to explain the nature of this
creature he discovered that the little prince was a being from another planet and asked
him to draw a lamb to eat the bushes of his house and prevent the growth of trees that
would destroy it realizing that the lamb can also eat roses, his flower, for which he has a
special affection he asks the aviator why the lamb ate it even though it has thorns
despite being busy repairing the plane the boy still explains why this rose is so
important unable to understand what she wanted the Little Prince left his planet begging
for forgiveness.
This leads the little prince to visit different planets and meet very different characters
each with very specific personality traits a king who claims to rule the entire universe but
when asked to show him the sunset he replies that he is just demonstrating cheeky just
wants to be flattered a drinker trying to forget the shame of drinking an entrepreneur
who counts the stars and owns them all a lamplighter who turns his lantern on and off
every minute because his planet is moving too fast and geographers welcome visiting
explorers but don't explore themselves.
Finally the Little Prince arrives on Earth where he discovers a garden full of roses that
resembles his planet suggesting that he is not alone in the universe and experiences
other very different things with him such as the thirst-deterrent drug dealer and the
telephone. I keep coming across special characters after the story the pilot is still unable
to fix the plane and tells the little prince about the possibility of dying of thirst, they
manage to find him a well in the desert but the boy has other goals to return to his
planet viper tells him that he must be bitten in order to return but the pilot tries to avoid
this but he allows it and disappears from the world. The pilot ends the story by asking if
the little prince has returned home.
