OBJECTIVES:
 Get to know about Interview (meaning)
 Elements of Employability
 Employer’s concern
 First Impression
 Attributes one need to have during an interview
 SWOT Analysis of oneself
 Analyzing one’s skills
 Common questions in an interview
OUTCOME:
 Got to know about the complete interview process, its need and etiquette needed for
interview.
 Got to know about the elements of employability such as communication skills,
adaptability, problem solving ability, initiative and motivation, negotiation skills,
interpersonal skills, organizational skills, stress handling, team work.
 REPORT ON ONLINE WORKSHOP

 Employer’s concern such as professional, responsible, technical skills and above and
beyond
 One should focus on their attire, looks (such as trimmed beard, trimmed hair, smile,
posture etc.) to create a better first impression.
 Attributes one need to have in an interview such as body language, communication skills,
brevity, listening skills, honesty etc.
 One should self-analyze with the context of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats
 One should analyze one’s skills on the context of acquired skills and intuitive skills,
applying techniques to apply those skills.
RESULTS:
 Participants got to know about different credentials needed to get through an interview.
 What one should follow in an interview and what one shouldn’t.
 Participants got into an interactive session with the expert and there were question and
answer session as well where there were questions for the expert as well as the
participants too.
 Expert used illustrative way to describe the whole session and the whole session was
quite insightful.
