Outdoor Movie Night FAQ

Q: Is food provided during the event?


A: No. Guests are encouraged to bring food they can consume while watching the movie. Just
remember to keep the area clean.

Q: Can we bring our pets?


A: No. We know how much you love your dogs and cats, but we highly discourage bringing
them to the venue.

Q: Is the wristband transferrable?


A: Yes. If the person issued with the wristband cannot come to the event, they can give it to
somebody else.

Q: Will transportation be provided?


A: No.

Q: How do I get to the venue?

Q: Can we bring tables?


A: No, tables aren't allowed because there will be thousands of participants, which may take up
so much space.

Q: Can we bring chairs?


A: Yes, for senior participants or those who may have difficulty sitting on the ground.

Q: Can we bring our friends or any guests?


A: Yes. As long as they have the wristbands, they can enter the venue. Please reach out to your
bishops for the availability of the wristbands. Remember: NO WRISTBANDS, NO ENTRY.

Q: Are the #BFF Mats available for everyone?


A: No. They are only distributed to those participating families or those families whose names
are already on the bishop's list of attendees for the event.

Q: Why do we need to submit waivers for the event?


A: The list of names and waivers should be submitted because this is part of the IATF
requirements we must comply with in organizing the event.

Q: Should we bring our waivers and present them upon entrance?


A: No. You should have submitted the waivers to your bishops before the event.

Q: Do we need to present vaccine cards?


A. We recommend that everyone should bring their vaccine cards.
